1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Diglords: Vault & Veins (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its source code, graphics, UI design, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Maximilian Dittmar ("Service Provider"). You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
3. In App Purchases
The Application offers digital content for purchase.
- All purchases are facilitated through RevenueCat and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Your purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.
- Refund requests should be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as per their standard policies.
- While the game is playable offline, an internet connection is required to process and validate purchases.
4. Third Party Services
The Application uses third party services that have their own terms and conditions, including the RevenueCat Terms of Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS". The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- Any loss of game progress due to app deletion or device failure.
- Charges incurred from your mobile provider, such as data usage or roaming, while using online features such as in app purchases.
- Issues caused by rooting or jailbreaking your device, which may prevent the Application from functioning correctly.
6. Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application to add features or maintain compatibility. You may need to download these updates to continue using all features. The Service Provider reserves the right to stop providing the Application at any time without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates.
